Another old photo, probably taken on the top deck of the 119 back in 2011. It was always weird getting the bus at like 3 or 4pm and being the only one on it sometimes. It felt comfortably depressing.

This is an old black and white photo that I forgot about. I bought these shoes for £1 at a car boot sale.

13th Note - Independent Music Fair - 16/03/13
I went to a record fair today at the 13th note in Glasgow. It was pretty quiet but I really enjoyed myself. This is a photo of Steven and the stall for his label, Struggletown Records. They do a lot of great work for the Glasgow scene and I picked up a new record off him by the band !ATTENTION! which is brilliant. Overall, in fact, today was just great.

Spring 2013 Showreel.

This is my first showreel and I’m pretty pleased with it. I think the compression doesn’t do some of the coloring justice but I suppose that’s just how these things work out. This is an amalgamation of footage, some stretching back as far as summer last year, that I’ve shot myself and edited with the help of my friend Andrew.

Shot my first roll of film in ages recently. Got some pretty great results considering I was using a camera with a cracked prism and no light meter.
Here’s a guy who walked up and down a tightrope playing violin for about three hours. This is real street art. Glasgow needs more of this, not thirteen year olds with cheap guitars and battery powered amplifiers, blaring awfully out of tune oasis songs.

And The Giant Has A Posse - July 2012
I also found this while wandering around Philadelphia airport. I really want to know more about it. It caught my eye, stuck onto the side of a pay-phone and I just liked how perfectly out of place, yet fitting it was. I suppose, even though it’s just some paper with glue on the back, I felt the same way about myself.
